3. Can you offer customization?

Yes, we have an in-house R&D and design team committed to customized solutions.

Upon receiving your technical specifications or samples, we will provide detailed engineering drawings for approval.

Once the deposit is received, production will commence immediately to meet your exact requirements.

4. What are your payment terms and methods?

We accept: T/T, L/C etc.

5. Do you accept factory acceptance test?

We warmly welcome your team to conduct the Factory Acceptance Test at our facility.

To ensure a seamless FAT process, we will prepare all necessary documentation (test protocols, checklists, and technical specifications) in advance.

Our dedicated testing lab is equipped with advanced facilities to perform comprehensive transformer evaluations, including all kinds of routine tests, temperature rise, lightning impulse and partial discharge etc.

We are committed to ensuring that all performance and safety criteria are rigorously validated before delivery. Please let us know if any additional tests or witness points are required—we will gladly accommodate your needs.

6. What is your lead time?

Standard production lead time for new products (haven’t produced before) is approximately 45 days, though delivery times may vary depending on shipping arrangements and destination.

7. Do you hold any certifications or comply with industry standards?

Yes, we are ISO and UL certified, adhere to the following standards ANSI/IEEE, CSA, IEC, NEMA, ASTM etc.

8. Do you provide overseas after-sales service?

Yes. Our after-sales support includes:

Replacement of defective parts upon submission of photographic evidence.

Remote technical assistance for troubleshooting and maintenance.

In the event of a major incident, we will dispatch professionals to the site for guidance.
